No book would be complete with the contribution of an editor. They add a certain polish to the story and ensure that spelling, grammar and all the really important stuff is just right. Creating characters is part of the writing process that I really love. Tori and Will first appeared in Love Notes with Charlie and Maverick, so I had a bit of time to think about them and develop them. Everyone pictures their characters differently, but for me, the following pictures are my perfect Heartstrings cast.

I am a huge music lover and music plays a large part in my writing process. As I wrote Heartstrings I listened to songs and found many that related to elements of the story. I thought you might like to see the songs that to me, are as much a part of Heartstrings as the characters are.
